We had lunch here today and was thrilled with the staff, service and food. We both had the smoked brisket sandwich, and then we added coleslaw, cheesy creamy corn and baked beans and it all was delicious and I would recommend that you all go and experience the treat for yourself.

Charismatic staff, great vibes, immaculate BBQ! You can taste the smoke in every bite of the bbq chicken. Delicious, creamy potato salad. Swift service, great for a carnivore lunch or dinner! One of the owners even walked around and mingled with us while we ate, it's a small independent mom+pop shop and you can tell how much of their soul they put into making every plate devourable.

Lots to love from both Sierra locations! Perfectly cooked meats, wood fired and served simply so you can sauce them up as you wish. Dietary restrictions: Sauces are gluten free, as are the meats. But it is always good to ask as marinades change over time.
